They are the purpose of empowerment, stress reduction and relaxation only. Pranic Healers are not medical doctors, but medical doctors can be Pranic Healers. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions. We do not interfere with prescribed medications or medical treatments, nor do we provide any guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical advice and treatment before starting any new therapy.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Lifeforce Integrated, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, or psychological effects. You agree to use our services at your own risk, and by using Lifeforce Integrated’s website, services, or products, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right you or your successors might have to bring a legal action or assert a claim against Lifeforce Integrated, including for negligence by Lifeforce Integrated or its employees, agents, or contractors/consultants, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Cancellation of services and refunds

Pranic Healing energy therapy packages are intended for one single client and will address the specific ailment(s) agreed upon by the client and Lifeforce Integrated during the Initial Consultation.

Pranic Healing energy therapy packages can be canceled at any time, with an 80% refund of the prorated amount. For upgraded-package cancellations, refunds will be calculated based on the higher package rate. All cancellations must be submitted via email to lifeforceintegrated@gmail.com at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session to qualify for a prorated refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Lifeforce Integrated reserves the right to issue refunds exclusively through bank transfers, unless otherwise determined by Lifeforce Integrated. Please note, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

4. Retention of Right to Change Offering

Lifeforce Integrated reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any service or product offering at any time without prior notice. This includes altering prices, introducing new services, or discontinuing existing services.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our services. Individual experiences and results may vary. The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors, including the client's existing condition(s) and commitment to the process.

6. Right to Suspend or Cancel User Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion. Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with our Terms. Users will be notified of account suspension or termination via email.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lifeforce Integrated, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

8. Right to Change and Modify Terms

Lifeforce Integrated reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, United States of America. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Provisions for User Communities

Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly in any community features on our website, such as forums, chat rooms, or social media groups. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension or termination of user accounts. Informed Consent for Pranic Healing energy therapy

Pranic Healing energy therapy is a complementary energy therapy that aims to balance and harmonize an individual’s energy to facilitate physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition or replace conventional medical treatment or advice from a licensed qualified professional in the relevant field.

Important Considerations:

1) Supplementary Approach: Pranic Healing should be used as a supplementary healing method alongside conventional medical treatments prescribed by qualified healthcare professionals.

2) Consultation: Pranic Healing practitioners are not medical doctors though some medical doctors may be Pranic Healing practitioners. Please consult a healthcare provider if you have underlying medical conditions or concerns.

3) Individual Results, no Guarantees or Warranty of Outcomes: Results may vary from person to person. While many individuals experience positive effects from Pranic Healing, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

4) Personal Empowerment: Pranic Healing sessions are for personal empowerment. They do not involve diagnosis, prescription of medication, medical treatment of diseases or physical manipulation.

5) Potential benefits of Pranic Healing:

a) Energy Balancing: Pranic Healing may help in balancing and cleansing the body's energy centers (chakras) and energy field (aura), potentially improving overall energy flow and vitality, balancing emotions, cultivating inner peace and a sense of wellbeing.

b) Emotional and Mental Clarity: Clients may report feelings of relaxation, reduced stress, and improved emotional well-being after sessions.

6) Potential Risks and Considerations in Pranic Healing:

b) Adjunctive Therapy: Pranic Healing should be used alongside, not as a replacement for, conventional medical treatments. It does not diagnose or treat specific illnesses.

c) Initial Discomfort: Some clients may experience temporary discomfort or emotional release during or after sessions, which is generally considered part of the healing process.

7) Self-Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to take responsibility for their overall health and well-being by seeking a balanced lifestyle, continuing any prescribed medical treatments and making informed decisions in partnership with their healthcare providers.

8) Self-Care: Clients are encouraged to follow through with the supportive activities recommended by Lifeforce Integrated’s practitioners, such as regular meditation, salt water baths, breathing exercises, and specific dietary adjustments post consultation with your healthcare provider, to enhance overall well-being and promote holistic healing.

9) Embracing and Committing to the Process: Clients are encouraged to fully engage in their journey, being open-minded and receptive to change, and maintaining a positive attitude. This involves being patient with oneself, acknowledging and processing trauma and emotions, being willing to let go of unhealthy patterns and foster healthy habits, practicing forgiveness, and actively participating in both conventional and complementary therapies. By embracing and committing to the process, clients can foster a deeper connection to their own inner strength and resilience, potentially facilitating a more profound and lasting well-being.

Informed Consent for Lifeforce Integrated’s work process

Lifeforce Integrated offers fully remote pranic energy treatments for a range of physical and psychological ailments. Distant Pranic Healing is facilitated effectively and remotely for clients who are located anywhere in the world.

Fully remote implies that pranic sessions will be facilitated by the Lifeforce Integrated team at a pre-fixed time from a remote location without the client being present on a telephone call or virtual call.
Clients should not be operating heavy machinery or driving a vehicle when their pranic session is in progress.
The first pranic treatment will be conducted via a virtual meeting on a platform of Lifeforce Integrated’s choice.
It is the onus of the client to schedule virtual Touch Base meetings, offered as per the terms of the support package booked.
All virtual meetings will be recorded for internal purposes only.
Clients will receive a reminder email/message 12-24 hours before each remote session.
Remote pranic sessions will not be recorded.

Partnership in Healing: Pranic treatments are a partnership between clients and Lifeforce Integrated’s practitioners. Clients will be responsible for scheduling regular virtual Touch Base meetings where they will have the opportunity to receive and share feedback, and discuss challenges, if any. Pranic sessions will be facilitated as per schedule even if a Touch Base meeting is not scheduled by the client. It is the onus of the client to schedule Touch Base meetings as per the schedule shared with them.

Confidentiality: Any and all virtual meetings between Lifeforce Integrated and the client/client representative will be recorded. These recordings will be strictly confidential and will not be shared or used for any purpose apart from Lifeforce Integrated’s private records.

No Guarantees: Clients understand that Lifeforce Integrated practitioners provide energy services in good faith and cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.

Disclosure: Practitioners will disclose any limitations or risks associated with energy therapy and respect the client’s right to decline or discontinue sessions at any time. Please refer to our cancellations and refund policy.

Informed Consent: By purchasing services offered by Lifeforce Integrated clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of Pranic Healing energy therapy and consent to receive it remotely as per Lifeforce Integrated’s work process described above on this page.
